"Eddie is top of the line. We are extremely hard to please and always look at 100 houses and many counties and regions before we make a decision. We decided the beach was for us- Every open house we went to- there’s Eddie! We could not pass up working with him. He is patient, pays attention to detail, and helped us every step of the way. He also helped us avoid some environmental traps we weren’t aware of and was very honest. Eddie really understands real estate and the total landscape of the home and area.
